Last night as I was trying to wait for my body to want some sleep by watching youtube videos and listening to my favorite music along came down some rains.
I didn't mind it since it was forecasted by the weather bureau that it will going to rain in some parts of the country and to where I am not sure since I can't avoid it anyway if it does rain here.
But it did and it was heavy even though it didn't include strong winds like any other thunderstorms. I didn't mind it so I just continued my relaxing moment in listening to my favorite songs from youtube.
My laptop has this FXsound enhancer application which is why I am really enjoying the sounds and music coming from either voice or music, it is really enjoyable to listen to the high fidelity sound quality.
Then after a few hours I felt thirsty and drank some of the cold refreshing water from my Thermos and got up to try to burp as drinking while lying down also makes me to take in some air in my stomach.
The Lo' and Behold! my room is already under about an inch of flood water that came from underneath and through the cracks and crannies of the bear concrete flooring.
This is just terrible, with just a brief heavy rains the flooring already got submerged. This is why I wanted to really fix this house as soon as possible. The weight of this problem is upon my shoulders and not from my parents because they are just relying on their pensions to get by, while my siblings have families and houses of their own to prioritize.
But I hope that in the near future I will be able not to only fix this house but to build a new or better one, an abode that me and my parents can live into safely and securely and with the peace of mind that something will not get submerged or a ceiling that will can see the leaks.
Hopefully before I die (or live in a better state of health) that I can also accomplish some good things for my parents too. All I want is for them to live in a much decent-looking home since they are not really wanting any excess in life like going in vacations, places, eating out in fancy restaurants, or an expensive car, neither do I .
All I want is a nice new home soon that I can rest my back on safely and securely and at the same time having no more worries from where I can get my funds to at least help control my health issues if not turn it around into a much better state and condition for the peace of mind of every one of us in the family.
How bad it is when your home floods, once it happened to us, but I live in an apartment, they always take the water from us and one day I left the hose open and they removed the water, I forgot it was open and I didn't close it, after 7 days When they sent us the water again, we were sleeping and we did not realize that the hose was open and the apartment was flooded, also I live on the 2nd level and the water wet the apartments below us. It was very uncomfortable, now I always check that the hose is closed.
It's terrible, the flooring in my room now seeps with water coming out from the floor's cracks @blessed-girl
Then it goes up to the living room area if the rain doesn't subside. I just hope that soon I can be able to renovate or make a new house :|
But there is still hope for that to happen. :)

looks like the rainfall there was indeed heavy.
Super relate, our rented place were flooded always that was in 2012, thankful we've overcome it. Prayers for your dreams to come true.
Yes it wasn't like this before but maybe because oof climate change we are just getting flooded every heavy rainfall @jurich60
