Stations of the Cross (virtual devotion with music)

in blurtlife •  3 years ago

The Stations of the Cross ('Via Crucis') is a devotional prayer that depicts the day of Christ's crucifixion. In this video, I use the St. Alphonsus Liguori Stations of the Cross which is bookended by Stephen Moreno's Stabat Mater, two solo organ pieces on the PASSION CHORALE and the hymn "O Sacred Head, surrounded". Many thanks to Swell Vox lads, Tony Lee, Dave Lee, Tom Summerfield and Andrew Flores for their contributions to this virtual devotion. I sincerely hope that this guided meditation will be helpful to you in preparation for Christ's glorious resurrection on Easter Sunday.
