Small correction, it was not a "star studded cast" at all. In fact, the complete opposite, as the entire cast is made up of unknowns. I think that's one of the surprising things about the film - it did really well despite not having any big names in it. Mel Gibson was not involved in the film, but did give it his nod of approval later on. Remember him in "Ransom"? GIMME BACK MY SON!!
