How to improve yourself.
- Make it a habit to wake up in the morning regularly. This is one of the most important tasks of the day.
A routine needs to be created to ensure proper use in the morning. If you need help with this, you can read the book called 'Miracle Morning', it will enrich you immensely.
I wake up in the morning and do these 4 things:
Yoga Exercise: According to the morning bread, I greet 15 sun salutations of yoga every morning.
Meditation: I do not speak or meditate for 10 minutes.
Resolution Lesson: I write down the promises I made for myself on a piece of paper and read them once every morning.
Physical exercise: I do heavy exercise in the gym 5 days a week. If you want, you can choose between running, swimming, walking or jogging which is suitable and convenient for you. I enjoy doing gym. To put it bluntly, the body has to move.
- Take care of the face
Take care of the face: Brush twice a day, floss once. You will be amazed at how much food is stuck in the corners of our teeth every day. Do not allow them to accumulate and rot there. The last time I went to the dentist for regular teeth cleaning, he examined my teeth and said goodbye to me, reporting that there was no need for cleaning.
Drink enough water: As soon as you wake up, drink half a liter of water on an empty stomach on a stale face and make sure to drink a total of 3 liters of water throughout the day. This requires frequent visits to the bathroom but it does not matter.
Hot water: Start the day with a glass of hot water mixed with lemon juice or apple cider vinegar. It improves our body's metabolism and benefits our digestive process.
Eat healthy food
Be careful and attentive to what you are eating or giving. Fried burnt and sweet foods should be excluded. Eat roasted or baked food instead of deep fried food. Add plenty of green leafy vegetables, herbs and fruits to your diet. In order to keep the body fit in the long run, we need to avoid shortcuts in the diet. Body and mind must be prepared for healthy food. You should not eat less but eat the right food.
