It's just a feeling, nothing more. Every human being feels lonely at some point in life. But it is not something that you will have this feeling for the rest of your life.
Maybe, some memory of the past is bothering you. Maybe, you became too dependent on someone, he is gone. There can be many reasons for this.
You have to do a few things
You have to keep yourself engaged in something meaningful. It can be reading books, drawing pictures, writing stories, developing new skills.
If you have a good goal in life, and if you keep trying to achieve it, your loneliness will go away.
When there is no dream or desire to do something in life, then people feel lonely. Make a new plan. And to fill them, stick to the routine until they are filled.
Suppose you want to improve your English skill, you want to learn a new language, it can be innumerable. I'm telling you one thing, you can start reading books, it will improve your English skills, at the same time the feeling of loneliness will be lost.
Read books for at least 1 hour every day (must be a good book). Wake up in the morning, 30 minutes and 30 minutes before bed. If you can do it every day for 1 month, your improvement, you will understand yourself. You will not find these loneliness feelings with lights (laughter will be emo). And if you can do it for 6 months-1 year, you will understand for yourself how much will change.
