Do Pal Kissi Ke Saath

जब हम किसी खाश के साथ बैठते है
तो 2 घंटा भी 2 मिनट लगता है
गुफ्तगू होती है कम
महसूस कुछ ज्यादा होता है
जितना भी बातें कर ले
मगर बातें अधूरा-सा लगता है
किसी का फ़िक्र नहीं होता
बस हर लम्हा अजीब-सा लगता है
ये ऐसा पल होता है जिसमें
जबां से नहीं सबकुछ आखों से बयां होता है।

जब हम किसी बेखास के साथ बैठते है
2 मिनट भी 2 घंटा लगता है
कब हम यहाँ से जाएं
बार-बार यही ख्याल आता है
बातें होती हैे बहुत
मगर उन बातों का कोई मकसद नहीं होता है।

When we sit with a special someone
2 hours pass in just 2 minutes
Chit-chats happen oh so less
Feelings soar though so much more
Talk a lot we may for sure
Incomplete convos but they always seem
There's no worry about anyone, for
Every moment butterflies dance in the stomach so keen
Such a time an anomaly may bring
Where, not tongue, but the eyes vocalize everything.

When we sit with an irksome one
2 minutes possess 2 hours' worth weight
"How do I escape, vanish, disappear from here?"
Constantly you consider and contemplate
Chit-chats happen oh so more
But those talks are utter motiveless.
