Blue Skies and Waters

Sanapur Lake Is the Irrigation Reservoir fed by the Tungabhadra Canal located at the Hippie Island side of Hampi. Along With surviving as the reservoir, The Lake is also a recreational spot that is not so touristy atleast during the time i visited. Cliff Diving Spots and Coracle Boat rides, Can you ask anything more for Recreation?

I cycled on the road between the paddy fields and Banana plantations under the hot sun to finally reach Sanapur Lake. You don't actually see the lake until your right next to it if you coming from the shacks restaurants of Hippie Island. This is the first view of the Lake you see while you enter. Rocky Hills sandwiched by Blue skies and Waters. I usually don't upload pictures of Plain background Images without a subject(human/anything with life/buildings) in the foreground, this is one of the rare occasion.
