Today is 24 October. And I have completed my morning walk goal. My morning walk goal is 5000 steps and in the evening 5000 steps. In total 10,000 steps per day. I have also taken some pictures while I was doing the morning walk. It was a foggy morning today. I woke up at 6:15 in the morning and then after being fresh, I left for the morning walk at 6:45.
It was 6:45 and still, there was fog everywhere. It was 6:45 and there was still fog everywhere. I am trying to wake up a little early. Then it will be more fun.
So this morning I walked about 5060 steps in 48 minutes. It is 3.64 kilometers and I burned just 192 kcal in the morning. That's not bad.
