I dont have a rice cooker. I've been using a regular pot and using the 1st knuckle method. I over cooked my rice tonight by a little. Saved 90 % of it. I'm half Korean. My mom decided she didn't want to be a mom when I was 4-5. But I remember her making crunchy sweet rice. So I tried it and it came out as I remembered. Bitter sweet Korean memory 🇰🇷❤
