It said to be that lightning never strikes twice in the same place. It’s a relief though, since none of us wants to see or to experience being casted twice by it.
This photo was taken around 9:40 to 10:02 in the evening. In a span of 20 minutes and 2 seconds, you’ll see different strike of lights. There’s a cloud to cloud, cloud to air and either cloud to ground or cloud to water since there is an island across to where I took this photo. This was shot by a mobile phone by the way.
What is lightning?
A tremendous flash of lightning may be beautiful in our naked eye but it is usually fraught with danger. Lightning is a phenomenon of natural discharge that causes quick insane energy occuring for a very short duration with high voltages between a cloud and the ground or within a cloud, accompanied by a bright flash and eventually a thunder particularly a loud booming thunder.
P.S.
I took this photo in a very safe way.
