This Seriously inspired by all the great duck dishes we really seem to love! (French & Asian inspired)
Inside the duck was Stuffed with lemon grass, green scallions,Thai Basil , ginger, 4 cloves of garlic, and cilantro!
Roasted at 350 for 2 hours and then render the duck fat from the pan!
Then adding the vegetables under the duck!😄
Vegetables consist of red & yellow sweet peppers,minced lemongrass, whole white onion, basil, cilantro and carrots !
Roasted for another 40 minutes while the duck fat dripped onto the veggies!
I let the duck rest for 15 minutes before cutting!
It was so much duck left over that on the second night we crisp the duck in a air fryer and sliced up the duck breast and served it with rice and rice noodles in a lettuce wrap!😋
