ここは国内初めての都市機能を持つ人工島で、その第一期部分は1966年に着工され、1981年に誕生しました。全体の総面積800ha、神戸大橋およびトンネルで神戸都心と結ばれています。
夜景スポットとして、あまりにも有名な場所でもあります。

This is a very famous place as a night view spot.
