Noodle soup is not good to us if we eat it everyday. But most of the #ofw like me are eating this for survival. Here, we only have 1 heavy meal per day and all the rest needs lighter meal. I don't like this noodle but I need to eat before doing my job. Still I am grateful that I have something to eat compared to other hungry people.
To have healthier benefits to my body, I cooked it without using its oil under the pack. I just put water, adding 2 eggs and leafy vegetable. I add tiny amount of catsup for the best according to my taste . It is only optional.
