Youth activism is very important in environmental advocacy, which is known for creating awareness alongside action with pressing ecological issues, though young activists give their own perspectives which gives a sense of urgency across to the global challenges such as climate change, deforestation, and pollution, hence as the case may be the innovative use of social media amplifies and as much mobilizing communities and influencing policymakers.
Youth activism deals with long-term thinking, as young people are the generation that are affected most by the environmental effect of today’s decisions, through engagement in protests, and grassroots initiatives, give and subject the pressure on governments and corporations to adopt eco-friendly practices which inspire peers over enhancing a culture of accountability and hope.
