Staying fit is the new talk and trend globally. Different people try different things according to their body types, capabilities, and capacities.
Earlier, staying healthy meant only physician strength but with time we have understood a good health is a cumulative package of mental, physical, and gut health.
For mental health, we need a good environment and good emotional bonding with our dear ones, for physical health we need to work out and stay active with a disciplined routine of physical activities and lastly, for our gut health, mindful, regular, and balanced diet with hygiene is important. All this alone cannot be looked after separately we have to be mindful and conscious of all three factors while adopting a lifestyle to make it work the best way possible for an individual.
Physical Exercises and Workouts are common solutions for all three health factors of the human body. Physical exercises are not just good for the body but also for the mind and digestion. That is why to stay fit, people start by going to the gym. But is it affordable for everyone? Even if it is, do we need to constrain ourselves to such a typical and rigid environment of a gym? That is why nowadays the government has come up with conscious attempts to provide open-air outdoor gyms accessible to everyone without any charge as part of our local parks. I think it's a great initiative. It is attractive and engaging too, unlike our regular and conventional jogging and walking tracks.
