সুস্বাস্থ্য মানুষের জন্য বড় একটি নেয়ামত। যে ব্যক্তি সুস্থ আছেন আর যে ব্যক্তি অসুস্থ আছেন এদের ভিতরে সেই ব্যক্তি ভালো বুঝতে পারবে সুস্থতার নেয়ামত কত বড় যিনি অসুস্থ আছেন। সুস্থ থাকা অবস্থায় হয়তো ভালোভাবে অনুভব করা যায় না কিন্তু সেই ব্যক্তি যখন আবার অসুস্থ হবে তখন সুস্থতা বুঝতে পারবে কত বড় একটি নেয়ামত ছিল। আমাদের উচিত সবসময় শুকরিয়া আদায় করা আল্লাহ যেন আমাদের সুস্থ রাখেন এবং দোয়া করা।
Good health is a great blessing for people. Between the one who is healthy and the one who is sick, that person will better understand how great the blessing of health is to the one who is sick. It may not feel good while being healthy but when the person is sick again they will realize how great a blessing health was. We should always thank Allah to keep us healthy and pray.
যে ছবিগুলো আপনাদের সাথে শেয়ার করেছি এই ছবিগুলো আজকেই ধারণ করা হয়েছে কোন জায়গা থেকে। সেখানে সব সময় মানুষ চলাচল করে এবং গাড়ি ও চলাচল করে অনেক বেশি পরিমাণে শহর এর পাশের রাস্তা। তাহলে বোঝা যাচ্ছে সেই রাস্তা অনেক বড় একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ জায়গা। সেই রাস্তার পাশেই পুকুর। কিন্তু সেই পুকুরকে তারা মেরামত না করে তারা ডাস্টবিন আকারে যে অবস্থা করে রেখেছে তা খুবই লজ্জাজনক এবং অস্বাস্থ্যকর পরিবেশ সৃষ্টি করে। সেখানে বিড়াল মরে গেলে তারা সেই পুকুরে ফেলে দেয় ইঁদুর মারা গেলে সেখানে ফেলে দেয় এমন কি কুকুর ছাগল এরকম প্রাণী গুলো মারা গেলে তারা প্রাকৃতিকভাবে দাফন না করে তারা কি করে সেই কুকুরে ফেলে দেয়।
এমনকি বাজারের যতসব আবর্জনা রয়েছে সবকিছুই এখানে ফেলে দেওয়া হয়। এদের কোন ডাস্টবিন ব্যবহার করা হয় না। অথচ এটি একটি পৌরসভা। সেখান দিয়ে আমি যখন যাচ্ছিলাম তখন অনেক দুর্গন্ধ এবং অস্বাস্থ্যকর পরিবেশ তারা তৈরি করে রেখেছে। সেখানে যদি কিছু সময় থাকা হয় তাহলে হয়তো অনেকেই অসুস্থতা অনুভব করবেন। আসলেই আমাদেরই সংশোধন করতে হবে এ সমস্ত কাজ আমাদের ভেতর থেকে মনুষত্ববোধ এবং দায়িত্ব বৃদ্ধি করতে হবে। আমরা সবাই যদি নিজ নিজ উদ্যোগে এ সমস্ত কাজ প্রতিহত করতে পারি তাহলেই সম্ভব সুস্বাস্থ্য এবং স্বাস্থ্যকর পরিবেশ থেকে রক্ষা পাওয়া। যদি এই সমস্ত পশু প্রাণী বা জীবজন্তু যখন মারা যাবে তখন সে সমস্ত জীবজন্তু কে মাটির চাপা দিয়ে রাখলে যেমন মাটি উর্বর হবে তেমনি সুন্দর পরিবেশ আমরা পাব। এমনকি আমরা পলিথিন বা যে সমস্ত অপ্রয়োজনীয় বস্তু বা সমাজের জন্য ক্ষতিকর স্বাস্থ্যের জন্য ক্ষতিকর এ সমস্ত আসবাবপত্র বা ক্ষতিকর পদার্থ আমরা সবসময় ডাস্টবিন ফেলে দেবো ডাস্টবিন ছাড়া অন্য কোথাও ফেলবো না। আরো আমরা বিশেষ করে ছেলেরা আমাদের হিতাহিত জ্ঞান বা ভিতর থেকে সাধারণ মনুষত্ববোধ সাধারণ জ্ঞান ভেতর থেকে উঠে গেছে বলেই চলে। কারন আমরা যেখানে সেখানে মূত্র বিসর্জন করে থাকি। আমাদের সব সময় এই দিকটি খেয়াল রাখতে হবে যেন রাস্তার পাশে মসজিদের পাশে ঘরের বাড়ির আঙ্গিনায় যেন মূত্র বিসর্জন না করি। প্রস্রাব করার জন্য আমাদের অবশ্যই যে সমস্ত জায়গা নির্ধারণ করা আছে সেই সমস্ত নির্ধারিত জায়গায় প্রস্রাব করা। আমরা যদি আমাদের নিজ নিজ জায়গা থেকে এই সমস্ত পদক্ষেপ গ্রহণ করে থাকি এবং নিজে এই কাজ করবে এবং অপরকে এই কাজ বোঝানোর জন্য এবং তাকে মানার জন্য আহবান করব। তাহলে আমারা সকলেই উপকৃত হব।
