Then she said that she has this allergic rhinitis which is essentially making her nasal passage inflamed most of the time. It had been causing her to become more sensitive to the smells of some perfumes, cigarette smokes, bad odors, dust, and other pollutants like those that can float in the air or most especially those tiny dust mites that can be found in most beds or pillows.

However the cough that I experienced a few months ago still remains to be questionable for me because it was really unusual because of the combination of itchy and dripping nose, cough with phlegm, mild fever, loss of appetite and weakness although my nose or nasal passages didn't get clogged because I didn't develop a cold but rather an itchy and dripping nose which is typical for an allergy condition which is called a "hay fever". However I had a "hay fever" before and it doesn't include cough and mild fever plus loss of appetite which makes me to suspect I had the CoViD infection. But that suspicion still remained to be just a suspicion because the fact that I never had the main symptom of difficulty in breathing didn't occur plus the fact that I recovered quickly was the thing that kept me wondering what happened until this day.

That is why it makes it complicated for my mother to recover especially now that she is also using nasal spray that contains a form of steroids which would act to stop inflammation which is just a symptom of the root cause which is her allergies. However her allergies are now not responding enough to anti-allergy drugs in the first place which is why I do not what to do anymore considering that her doctor also seems to be not getting my mother any better at this point in time.
