Our FIAT currency, the PH Peso had its strongest point in the month of May last year and it was being over 47 PH Peso for one dollar and from that point the inflation started to climb up from December last year. Then from last month of May the PHP 52.40 for a Dollar had now climbed to over PHP 55.4 today. The inevitable effects of inflation now gripped the entire country and everyone is feeling it because the prices of basic commodities like chicken meat and sugar for example went so crazy high. The price of Chicken meat from the late 90's was just a little over 75 PH Pesos and now it is almost over 200 Ph Pesos. Now the people are in a hard situation, all I can hear about my parents when they buy food to cook is how high the prices had gone so high. Our inflation rate for this year has been in its highest level of more than six percent. Now the people are not buying much particularly the poor sectors of society.
Nuestra moneda FIAT, el Peso PH tuvo su punto más fuerte en el mes de mayo del año pasado y estuvo por encima de los 47 Pesos PH por dólar ya partir de ese punto la inflación comenzó a subir desde diciembre del año pasado. Luego, desde mayo pasado, PHP 52,40 por dólar ahora había subido a más de PHP 55,4 en la actualidad. Those that are earning in PH Peso will suddenly feel that their regular salaries or earnings is losing its value because they will notice that their cart is not the same with volume and the number of items they bought from the grocery is not the same, it is declining. It is obvious that it is not good and in effect the people will control their spending habits and then in the seller's situation they will experience that they have fewer sold items from their stores and because of that the wheels of economy will begin to slow down. So it will be harder for the government to collect taxes that is used for running the government services and every citizen will again feel the effects of this kind of economic downturn due to war in Ukraine by Putin which added to the problem of supply chain disruptions which is still not over yet because of the gravity of the effects of CoViD particularly in China.

Por lo tanto, será más difícil para el gobierno recaudar los impuestos que se utilizan para administrar los servicios gubernamentales y todos los ciudadanos volverán a sentir los efectos de este tipo de recesión económica debido a la guerra en Ucrania por parte de Putin, lo que se sumó al problema de las interrupciones en la cadena de suministro que aún no ha terminado debido a la gravedad de los efectos de CoViD, particularmente en China.
In the other hand the people who are earning in Dollars will find themselves having more Ph Pesos because the dollar had gotten expensive. So somewhat it will affect the economy of my country because this country is just surviving because of the flow of Dollars coming from the remittances of overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) to their families living here. That is we are able to import some commodities like rice and other basic goods that the citizens needs. These goods in turn is bought in the markets making the government earn from it and thus it will support the economy. But again the bigger price of the Dollar against our currency is again dampened by high prices of goods and services but at least there is FIAT dollars there are coming in regularly, it is better than no Dollars coming at all and it has a great positive effect in making my country afloat despite of global economic tribulations that are happening not only in my country but also all around the world and the only difference is that we are not experiencing being bombed left and right like it is happening in Ukraine.

In my case I am earning in dollars basically, but the dollars are coming from earnings coming from cryptocurrency which is being devalued because of the inherent wild volatility of cryptocurrencies which is actually a good thing if a bear market is not happening in addition to a very strong uncertainty which we are all experiencing which again rooting from what is happening in Europe as the main cause of fears in stock markets in which the value of cryptocurrencies is very correlated because we already had experienced that it was the case and being proved by the current price of BTC which is inherently sensitive to both bad and good news because people who are holding and trading these digital assets are humans too and are prone to being moved by their emotions most of the time and in addition to that we are experiencing a totally peculiar and different scenario because it is involving a major war the can very well escalate and will bring us to a clear and present danger involving lives of hundreds of millions of people if not billions because of the way a war is done in our current time where nuclear strike in always an option to take particularly if acrazy person like Putin has his finger on the red button of death.

Soon the influencers are now calling for a lower value and it can also be possible that the price will reach the lowest level and pass through it to an even more lower value and might find it hard to get the power to recover if the conditions right now will not change.

The US and The FED are doing criminal and illegal acts because if a regular person is doing what they are doing i.e printing money, borrowing money regardless that they are bankrupt or not but eventually not paying the borrowed money to only borrow more to pay for the first loan and it is an unlimited process.
