For people that are voting manually and looking for interesting content
Good that there is the list.
There are so many post that kind of dont give sense of original post and you have to stick with same users that are and look that put effort in their post and content ( even being one word or photo - at least for me - so i stick with that same votes)
Maybe later on COAL List will help increasing original content.
For people that will and are eligible for the COAL List
