It was a matter of sheer delight and merriment to participate in the Independence Day celebrations in Colorado. In the morning there was an impressive parade in which many neighborhood persons participated in a big way. A guy had dressed up as George Washington and there was all around cheering and distribution of sweets also. We went to to the Town Centre to see the festive mood of the people and had a good time. In the evening there were community celebrations in which delicious food was served and there was an impressive display of fireworks. People were joyful and lot if new friends were made. While returning home we say a great scene in the sky and lot if colorful presentations lit it up.
