Xrp holders will receive Spark token through an airdrop. Spark is flame network native tokens. The snapshot of xrp balance will be taken on December 12, 2020 and spark tokens will be distributed in the first half of 2021. Already some exchanges have announced to support the airdrop. You have to hold your xrp token on any of the supporting exchanges or wallets.
