So friends, in this episode today I am going to tell you about one of my training which is related to my life,And this training was very happy for me, so friends, this training is related to my teacher because now I am working as a government teacher.
Actually, it was 5 months of my joining, then a news was brought out by the Bihar government which was for all those teachers who are currently working in Bihar.A 5-day training was organized by the Government of Bihar, which was launched earlier by the Government of India
And the intention of that training was that all the children who are in the school who are below 3rd class, this training was kept for the same,And in that 5 days of training, I got to learn a lot because when I came to school earlier, I was feeling very shy in teaching.But when he went to training I forgot all the things I was feeling earlier.
And in this training, we men and women were taking training together and having fun, I used to leave the house every morning at 9.30 am.Then that Jake used to talk to those people who was senior teacher to me and was trying to learn something new.
Friends my training name was Chahak which means twitter,Becouse the kids are like chirping once they reach the school, hence the name of this training.
May aim of this training was that any child who is below 3rd class should be able to read at least 30 to 40 words in 1 minute,So I passed that training very well,Friends, in that training, we also taught us to dance so that when we get tired of studying with the child, then we can be started for entertainment with him too.
