Losing motivation?

It's been three-four days since I made a post here and today I am here trying to make a post.

I was busy for a few days with different stuff and I couldn't write any posts.

I am continuing my new routine and it has been going really well so far.

I am waking up early but when I get a bit busy or overwhelmed I struggle with going to bed early.

But I'm taking notes and trying to improve myself and I'm not going back to my old habit of sleeping late and waking up at random hours.

My Mi Smartwatch is has proved to be a great help when it comes to motivating me and keeping track of my activities.

It is always great when I see the number. The number of hours I slept or the number of kilometres I walked or the number of times my heart beats.

It is a great modern tool that helps a lot.

But tools are just tools nothing beats having a friend who is a great motivator and someone who encourages me to push myself away from my old habits.

My sole focus this year is to build habits that last as long as I am alive.

My accountability partner Alex has been a great help. He is self-motivated and always in great spirits and when I see him achieve his health goals it makes me motivated too.

I will be back soon with more short posts sharing my daily life and my small wins.

Did I tell you guys that I have managed to walk for 10 Kilometres in 2 hours?

I didn't write a post about it but I will write it soon. My mind was occupied with stuff and now I'm clearing it slowly.

Anyways, see ya later.

Regards,
Imran Soudagar

Demons hate fresh air. Well done!

Yes, the do. I'm not going to let the demons win. 😊
