The High Court has ruled that Shamil violates foreign exchange laws in an attempt to control Amazon's future. Amazon is a big company.

A similar order was heard from the Delhi High Court on Wednesday. The court also ruled that foreign law would be violated.

Amazon, a US e-commerce multinational, has been accused of breaking a deal it struck when it bought a stake in Beany's unlisted companies. However, the court did not respond to their allegations.

Future Retail Ltd has told the Delhi High Court that the agreement signed with Mukesh Ambani's Reliance Retail Ventures to sell its retail, wholesale, warehouse and other businesses for around Rs 24,713 crore was all legally valid.

With this, Biyani's company approached the exchange. On December 21, the court asked for Amazon's representation in the Futures and RRVL agreement.

But the court ruled last Wednesday that Amazon did so when it blocked an agreement worth about Rs 24,713 crore.

In the meantime, a case is pending in the Singapore Arbitration Court over all these issues. Singapore's arbitral tribunal has ruled that Future Retail will not be able to sell its business to RRVL until a final ruling is reached.

The arbitral tribunal said in a statement that the agreement was not valid because Amazon had agreed to a futures agreement with Reliance. The court ruled that Amazon's contract would be "illegal" and "illegal."
