It has been a long term due for me to purchase some packs and update my cards. Every time I do some missions in the Rising star game, I keep thinking that I should purchase some packs and upgrade my collections. Yesterday I was going through the ranking section and noticed that I was placed at 167th position. I wanted to go up even further by upgrading my deck. I noticed that having unique cards in the collection helps in increasing the ranking. In order to do that, I will have to purchase some cards from the market.
Then I thought why not take the opportunity to purchase packs in bulk. I found that for purchasing 12 packs we get a free Mozart card. Thanks for the suggestion by @r1s2g3. Today I successfully purchased 12 packs in one shot and received a free Mozart card. It is cheaper right now to purchase the cards because the current price of Starbits 12 packs costs around 31 Hive. If I purchase the packs with Hive, I would have to spend 50 Hive for the same. Good that I purchased some Starbits in bulk from the market when the price was low.
As soon as I made the purchase from the website Kanibot sent me the notification about the transfer. I was very curious to go and check the website for the list of packs. Though the user interface did not tell me my total available packs to open, it did tell me that I can open the packs. I was very curious to open all the packs now itself but I wanted to control my curiosity and just opened only one pack from it.
I received the above cards by opening the first pack. I noticed that the price of the Hang Drum card in the market was around 5 Hive which proves that it is a worthy opening where I did not end up in any loss for this pack. I hope the same happens for the next 11 packs as well. While writing this article I became more curious and wanted to open one more pack and see the results now itself. This was also a worthy opening I guess. I received Nykellharpa card which is yet another unique card in my collection. But the price of the card is equal to almost 5 Hive in the market again. I'm able to see some cards with a lower price than that but most likely I believe the price is between 4 and 5 Hive. So it should be okay for the ROI.
Looks like there was some problem with the card issue script. The issue was resolved and I'm able to see the cards I opened and the Mozart card as well in my collection now. I'm curious to open the remaining cards but that's for some other day.
