My Young Friends.
I hope all off you enjoy yourselves Durning Diwali.I did in but in the midst off all the fun off suddenly remember the story of Lal Bahadur Shastri the late Prime Minister of our country. His father died when the was just two years old.Letter when he was in his early teens he was sent for further studies to Varanasi,Where he lived with distance relative. Life was hard for the poor boy particularly during festivals. He had to do all the housework while the other children in the family had all the fun.No sweets new clothes or gifts for him.Feeling lonely an unwanted he would slip away to a quite spot as soon as he finished his chores. He did not want anyone to see how miserable he felt!
And this story reminded me ones again that what is festival time for you and me could be days of misery for boys and girls whose parents cannot afford even a few sparklers leave alone new clothes and sweets. It reminded me that we could make their they brighter and our to by sharing what we have with them.Giving happiness to others always makes one feel happier. You can try it out to with Christmas just round the corner.
