Ram Prasad Bismil was one of the great young revolutionaries of the freedom struggle. He made important contributions in the freedom struggle. He sacrificed his life for the country and became immortal in the pages of history.
Ram Prasad Bismil was a prominent figure of Hindustan Republican Association. He, along with his comrades, carried out the Kakori incident to raise funds for the revolutionaries. The British did not arrest them and they were tried.
He was finally hanged on 19 December 1927. It is said that even while being taken to the gallows, there was not even a slight wrinkle on his face. In Gorakhpur, people showered flowers on his meaning and he was given a final farewell with great pride. The contribution of Amar Shahid Ram Prasad Bismil will always be remembered.

The energy of revolution filled the youth of UP, Bismil formed a revolutionary organization named Matrivedi and contacted Pandit Gendalal Dixit of Auraiya. Together with Dixit and Somdev, a plan was made. Dixit knew some dacoits. Bismil wanted to use those dacoits in the war against the British. In parallel with this, Bismil formed a Shivaji Committee, in which the youth of Etawah, Mainpuri, Agra and Shahjahanpur were included. Soon both the organizations became stronger.
