Salir a tomar fotografías se me ha dificultado un poco, básicamente por las medidas de confinamiento con la pandemia, pero también por la creciente inseguridad en las calles.
Aun así cuando veo una pequeña oportunidad no la dejo de escapar para practicar con la nueva cámara que compre. Soy aun muy novato en esto, y más para las ediciones, sin embargo no me doy por vencido, y se que la practica es lo que me ayudara a llegar a obtener un mejor manejo de estas herramientas que tanto me gustan.
Un día cualquiera estuve haciendo una terapia de conexión a tierra con mi familia, donde descargamos las energías que nuestro cuerpo absorbe al estar en contacto con equipos eléctricos inclusive con la antena de Internet. De pronto sale un gato que pareciera buscar algo o esperar a alguien, así que fui, tome la cámara e intente hacer algunas tomas desde una distancia prudente ya que era tímido.
A diferencia de otro gato que era uno de sus hijos, se me acerco hasta donde yo estaba como todo un curioso, así que también aproveche para tomarle algunas fotografías.
Lo poco que pude editar según lo que se por ahora, lo hice con photoshop, algunos ajustes de blanco y negro, sumado a ello un poco de sobreexposición de iluminación, tonos medios y sombras, como también el uso del pincel de historia para regresar el color original de sus ojos al momento de aplicar el filtro de blancos y negros.
Going out to take pictures has been a bit difficult for me, basically because of the containment measures with the pandemic, but also because of the growing insecurity in the streets.
Even so, when I see a small opportunity I don't miss it to practice with the new camera I bought. I'm still very new to this, and more so to editing, but I don't give up, and I know that practice is what will help me get a better handle on these tools that I like so much.
One day I was doing a grounding therapy with my family, where we discharge the energies that our body absorbs to being in contact with electrical equipment including the Internet antenna. Suddenly a cat comes out that seems to be looking for something or waiting for someone, so I went, took the camera and tried to take some shots from a safe distance since I was shy.
Unlike another cat that was one of his children, he came up to me like a curious person, so I also took some pictures of him.
The bit that I could edit according to what I know for now, I did it with photoshop, some black and white adjustments, added to that a bit overexposure of lighting, midtones and shadows, as well as the use of the history brush to return the original color of his eyes when applying the black and white filter.
