Although we see a lot of birds in our house every day, we can see a lot of birds flying or sitting around the road in the afternoon when we go out for a walk. However, most of the birds seen on the side of the road are familiar birds. All these familiar birds also live in the plants of our house. However, most of the day they roam in different places in search of food.
The last few days ago in the afternoon when I went out for a walk and was walking along the road I suddenly saw this bird sitting on the side of the road. This bird is known as Go Shalik in our regional language. In English, however, it is called Asian Pied Starling.
It was sitting a little down from the road, probably eating insects. Seeing me, it was not going to fly. Perhaps it saw an insect that had to hide to hunt. But when it was fairly close to me I thought it wasn’t going to fly at me, maybe it would be a small baby bird and it couldn’t fly. Then I took a step towards the bird and it flew away.
This bird is basically a mixture of white and black colors. The head, neck and neck of this bird are black and white from under the eyes to the neck. Its back is also black. Its wings are also white. The lower part of the body is white. In other words, its entire body is white and black, other colors can not be seen.
Due to the current rainy season, there is water on both sides of the road and small grasses on the road, so different types of insects can sit on them or fly away. And there are different kinds of birds sitting to eat those insects. Many birds fly away before going to work. Apart from these birds, different types of birds can be seen flying or sitting on the road and in the roadside crops.
