Palestine! The holy land of innumerable prophets and messengers. The country is home to the Muslim holy land of Al-Aqsa. Al-Aqsa Mosque was the first qibla of the Muslims for 14 consecutive years after the Prophet (peace be upon him) received the Prophethood. Whose place after Mecca Medina. Where if you perform 1 rak'at prayer, you will get reward of 500 rak'ats in 250 sects.

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) made his first visit from the Masjid al-Haram, or Kaaba, to the Masjid al-Aqsa, or the Baitul Muqaddas, on the night of the historic Meraj. In the Qur'an, Surah Bani-Israel mentions ‘He is the Most Holy and Glorious Being, Who guided His servant (Muhammad SAW) from the Sacred Mosque at night to the Al-Aqsa Mosque. Around which I have bestowed sufficient blessings, so that I may show him some signs of might. Surely He is the Hearing, the Seeing. '

On the night of Meraj, the Prophet (peace be upon him) led the prayers in this holy mosque. Numerous angels and prophets and messengers prayed behind him. That is why he was recognized as the Imam of all the Prophets, Imamul Ambiya, and Sayyidul Mursalin, the leader of all the Prophets. From this mosque, Muhammad (peace be upon him) crossed the seven heavens and went to meet Allah.

The Aqsa Mosque has long been the heart of Islam. Palestine, including Baitul Muqaddas and Jerusalem, was completely occupied by Muslims in 638 during the caliphate of Hazrat Omar (ra). In the course of time, on June 6, 1099, the Christian Crusaders laid siege to the Temple.

On 15 July 1099, the Christian Crusaders occupied all of Syria, Palestine, and Jerusalem. Then they entered Baitul Muqaddas and carried out destruction. On that day, the Holy Al-Aqsa inside and outside was flooded with the blood of Muslims. They killed about 10,000 people. The mosque was then used as a palace and the Qubbatus Sakhra, located in the courtyard of the mosque, as a church.

After the occupation of Al-Aqsa, the Christians continued to persecute the Muslims. As the Jews are now persecuting the Muslims of Palestine. In such a difficult time, Muslims needed a liberator. Who will return the holy land of Islam to the Muslims.

At that time there was a carpenter living in Baghdad. He made a pulpit very nicely. When the news spread, everyone would rush to see the pulpit. Many wanted to buy it, but the carpenter wanted to keep it for the Aqsa Mosque. On the day when the Aqsa Mosque will be recaptured by the Muslims, he will give this pulpit to the Aqsa Mosque.

One day a little boy came with his father to see the pulpit. Then the boy listened to the carpenter and vowed in his heart to one day fulfill the carpenter's dream. He is none other than Sultan Saladin Ayubi. Under his leadership, on September 20, 116, Palestine, including Jerusalem, came under Muslim occupation.
