Ya hace más o menos un año comencé a dibujar, cosa que nunca antes había hecho. Quizás porque no me había dado la oportunidad de hacerlo.
Creo en la espontaneidad y que las cosas deben de fluir cuando sientes que quieres hacerlo o es el momento indicado. Y así me sucedió con el dibujo.
El hallazgo de una habilidad oculta.
Creo que todos tenemos habilidades ocultas que no hemos desarrollado porque no nos ha interesado o simplemente no hemos tenido la oportunidad.
Somos seres conscientes y por ende tenemos la capacidad de aprender lo que nos propongamos.
Sí, hay quienes desarrollan más el lado humano, otros el lado más artístico, otros el lado más mecánico, metódico, lógico, etc. Sin embargo creo que todos podemos desarrollar varias áreas en nuestra vida, solo hay que motivarnos y colocarnos metas para alcanzar esos objetivos.
Por mi parte en esta oportunidad les muestro un poco de este dibujo, que realicé recientemente. Es mi retrato número #10 y me encanta poder presentarlo por acá. Haciendo esta introducción reflexiva, invitándolos a que experimenten ese lado artístico y sensible que todos tenemos. Y que de alguna u otra forma lo demostramos.

Te invito a que experimentes este oficio artístico, además que más que un dibujo, perfecto o no, es una forma de drenar, es terapéutico y seguro lo vas a disfrutar
A veces hace falta alejarse un poco de las redes sociales, el celular, de desconectarse para conectarnos con nosotros mismos y liberar ese artista que tenemos adentro.

About a year ago I started drawing, something I had never done before. Perhaps because he had not given me the opportunity to do so.

Es una niña muy coqueta, alegre, divertida, con una personalidad única. Siempre digo que se parece a una muñeca de porcelana. Por su piel tan blanca, y su color de cabello negro azabache.
Al terminar mi dibujo, se lo envié y quedó fascinada, entre su español "machucado" como decimos en Venezuela, me agradeció con su dulce voz y me dio a entender que le encantó el retrato que le realicé.

She is Mia, my cousin niece, she lives in Seattle, United States. She is my cousin's daughter who is also my godmother.
She is a very flirtatious, cheerful, funny girl, with a unique personality. I always say that it looks like a porcelain doll. Because of her white skin, and her jet black hair color.
When I finished my drawing, I sent it to her and she was fascinated, between her "machucado" Spanish as we say in Venezuela, she thanked me with her sweet voice and made me understand that she loved the portrait I made of her.
