[EN/ES] Problems with my bank to receive AdSense payment

What a frustration everything is in this country, even receiving a simple transfer from abroad can be complicated to unbelievable levels. Today I found out that the bank I use to receive my payments in dollars from AdSense is having problems with the foreign intermediary bank they use as a bridge when receiving money from other countries by transfer. The worst thing is that I ended up finding out thanks to a YouTube comment that indicated that they had set a minimum receiving amount for those international transfers and when I wrote to the bank they informed me that they are looking for another intermediary bank to provide a better service.

Basically to receive the AdSense in Venezuela they only give options, receive by transfer or receive by check, the latter being a huge problem because the few people who can change the check ask you high amounts for such change or directly do not want to do it. As for the transfers there are only two confirmed banks that can receive these payments from AdSense, one is the one I use that receives the transfer directly in dollars, but apparently has stopped that service and the other bank receives it in local currency but I do not have an account in that financial institution.

And then people go out on social networks saying that Venezuela has been fixed and that we are improving, which I still do not see anywhere and I would dare to say that we are getting worse and worse in terms of the basic services we receive from companies, because both private and public companies provide a poor service in all concepts. How is it possible that I pay $33 dollars a month for an internet service that has 50 Mbps download speed and only 5 Mbps upload speed, which many times I can not even enjoy because there are problems due to alleged equipment failures in the area where I live.

The ironic thing about the company that provides me with internet is that checking their social networks I discovered that they have a promotion, but only for new customers with an internet of 250 Mbps for only $35 dollars a month and with the monthly fee frozen for a year, without receiving price adjustments in that period. Now, I have to see how to solve my problem with the AdSense charge, which I have no idea how I am going to do. I guess I will have to go back to the check and beg for someone to change it to a decent price.

Que frustración es todo en este país, hasta recibir una simple transferencia del exterior se puede complicar a unos niveles increíbles. Hoy me enteré de que el banco que utilizo para recibir mis pagos en dólares de AdSense está teniendo problemas con el banco intermediario extranjero que utilizan de puente a la hora de recibir dinero desde otros países por transferencia. Lo peor es que me terminé enterando gracias a un comentario de YouTube que me indicaba que habían puesto un monto mínimo de recepción para esas transferencias internacionales y al escribir al banco me informaron de que están buscando otro banco intermediario para prestar un mejor servicio.

Básicamente para cobrar el AdSense en Venezuela solo dan opciones, cobrar por transferencia o cobrar por medio de un cheque, siendo este último un problema enorme ya que las pocas personas que te pueden cambiar el cheque te piden montos altos por dicho cambio o directamente no quieren hacerlo. En cuanto a las transferencias solo hay dos bancos confirmados que pueden recibir estos pagos de AdSense, uno es el que uso que recibe la transferencia directamente en dólares, pero al parecer tiene detenido ese servicio y el otro banco lo recibe en moneda local pero no tengo cuenta en esa entidad financiera.

Para que después salgan personas por las redes sociales diciendo que Venezuela se arregló y que estamos mejorando, cosa que yo sigo sin ver por ningún lado y que me atrevería a decir que cada vez estamos peor en cuanto a los servicios básicos que recibimos de parte de las empresas, porque tanto empresas privadas como públicas prestan un servicio deficiente en todos los conceptos. Cómo es posible que pague $33 dólares mensuales por un servicio de internet que tiene 50 Mbps de velocidad de bajada y solo 5 Mbps de subida, del cual muchas veces ni puedo disfrutar porque hay problemas por supuestas fallas de los equipos en la zona donde vivo.

Lo irónico de la empresa que me provee de internet es que revisando sus redes sociales descubrí que tienen una promoción, pero solo para clientes nuevos con un internet de 250 Mbps por solo $35 dólares al mes y con la mensualidad congelada por un año, sin recibir ajustes del precio en ese periodo. Ahora bien, me toca ver cómo resolver mi problema con el cobro de AdSense, del cual no tengo ni idea de cómo voy hacer. Supongo que me tocará regresar al cheque y rogar para que alguien me lo cambie a un precio decente.
