It gives me great pleasure and happiness to once again meet you all in today's Pub. I thank you @double-u for hosting this wonderful Pub and I must say it has been been very helpful to me in learning how to communicate with people and also sharing my ideas with people.

Lastweek, I met with my project supervisor. As a final year student in the university which I attend, I am required to come up with a project which will develop. The topic which I chose is; Network Traffic Packet Sniffing and Detection.

I am studying cyber security as a field in computer science and that's my career path. In this project, I'll be showing how network traffic packets can be sniffed from a network and I will be developing a small program which can detect when someone is using a packet sniffer in the network.

With packet sniffers, someone can merely sit on the network, and begin to capture every data that is sent in the network, including user names and passwords if they access an unencrypted website. I am not a pro in programming, but with my little knowledge, more research and study, I'll be able to come up with the program which will be very beneficial to my university.

In today's pub, I'll am also inviting @blurtothemoon, @anyiglobal, @ritanenye, @jerryivan, and also @nedu-blurt. It's their first time joining us on the pub. Welcome to you guys.
