Dear Blurtians,
a few weeks ago I read in Werner's (@ double-u) pub for the first time that vote trading services were becoming more and more of a problem here on Blurt. At first I just took note of it, but didn't bother with the topic any further. In the past few days, out of pure interest, I have randomly looked at various wallets to get an idea of who has delegated to the services mentioned above. I have to say that there are significantly more users than expected.
For this reason I decided to introduce the following new rule:
- Users who have delegated more than 10 % of their BlurtPower to vote trading services are excluded from my delegation raffles.
The new rule is effective immediately.
All participants who break this rule end up on my personal blacklist, are excluded from my raffles and until further notice won't recieve votes from me anymore. Should blacklisted users decide to revoke their VTS delegations, they are welcome to announce this in the comments and I will remove them from the blacklist.
Hopefully with this measure I can contribute a small part to the recovery of our ecosystem.

vor einigen Wochen laß ich in Werners (@double-u) Kneipe zum ersten mal davon, dass Vote-Trading-Services hier auf Blurt immer mehr zum Problem werden. Zunächst habe ich es lediglich zur Kenntnis genommen, mich aber nicht weiter mit dem Thema beschäftigt. In den letzten Tagen habe ich aus reinem Interesse immer mal wieder stichprobenartig in verschiedene Wallets geschaut, um mir selbst ein Bild davon zu machen, wer so alles an eben genannte Services delegiert hat. Ich muss sagen, es sind deutlich mehr User als gedacht.
Aus diesem Grund habe ich mich entschieden, folgende neue Regel einzuführen:
- User, die mehr als 10 % ihrer BlurtPower an Vote-Trading-Services delegiert haben, sind vom Gewinnspiel ausgeschlossen.
Die neue Regel gilt ab sofort.
Alle Teilnehmer, die gegen diese Regel verstoßen, landen auf meiner persönlichen Blacklist, sind von der Verlosung ausgeschlossen und werden bis auf Weiteres auch keine Votes mehr von mir erhalten. Sollte sich einer der geblacklisteten User dazu entscheiden, seine VTS-Delegation zurückzuziehen, kann er das gerne in den Kommentaren kundtun, und ich werde ihn von der Blacklist nehmen.
Hoffentlich kann ich mit dieser Maßname einen kleinen Teil zur Gesundung unseres Ökosystems beitragen.

Where can we check the delegation that has been done by the user other than his/her wallet? I checked in the explorer, I can't see the data, right?

Ich vote immer selber auf allen drei Chains,
Hier geht es nicht um Autovotes, sondern viel mehr um User, die ihre Power delegieren, um sich selber die Taschen voll zu machen ;)
Das kann man aber doch auch anderweitig hinbekommen oder nicht?
Ist auf jeden Fall sehr interessant das Thema. Ich bin ja ein Fan von sowas wie SBI, aber was hier teilweise passiert, ist schon nicht ganz ohne. Cool das du die Regel eingeführt hast. Hast du jetzt viel Arbeit mit dem überprüfen?
Erstmal bedeutet das natürlich Mehraufwand, aber das sollte sich einpendeln. Ab und an werde ich meine Blacklist durchgehen, um zu sehen, ob sich der ein oder andere User evtl. von Vote-Trading-Services distanziert hat. Ich bin gespannt, wie sich alles entwickelt ;)
