The rules are simple:

Blacklisted participants will be ignored.
Your participation will also be ignored if you reached a delegation volume of 5000 BP. So it is not possible to have more than two delegations at the same time.

I will announce the lucky winner, who will be determined by Blurtuna (my little self made winner picker tool), one day after payout of this post.
