Congratulations to the winner, but, @krytodenno, I've been noticing that only the same accounts receive the delegation in your draw, a few weeks go by and the same names come up again. I think you should review the program you use to make the elections to give delegations because some users don't even leave comments on your post and yet they receive them.

the program is working fine. The problem is that so many of you made it to the blacklist in the last few month because of high powerdowns or participation with more than one account.
The rules say:
In the new year I will check and whitelist all participants if they comply with the rules.
