One of the most unique video games produced by the venerable survival horror series since its inception is by far Resident Evil 4. Needless to say, many people went crazy believing that the story starring Leon and Ashley could receive the same treatment after Capcom. he began remaking the various games in the franchise. It hasn't really gotten "the same treatment", because Resident Evil 4 Remake is a step up from everything else the studio has produced in this regard.
1- Resident Evil 4 Remake retains EVERYTHING that made the original great, and occasionally introduces new elements as well.
2- You'll still find all the familiar locations from the first game. However, several of these have been enlarged to the point where they are now enlarged zones allowing for additional (and necessary) exploration. Previously, they were only "passing through" or simply to accommodate a boss.
3- The best that can be said about Resident Evil 4 Remake is that it manages to maintain what it was and what people fell in love with millions of years ago, while consolidating itself as a next-generation video game. Resident Evil 4 Remake has impeccable quality that almost terrifies you in every aspect, from the gameplay to the simplest technical aspect. and this shows the enormous amount of effort that Capcom put into this installment.
If I'm completely skeptical, some people are still complaining about a minor glitch in the early hours of the game, but adding the Mercenaries mode sooner rather than later would have been a top-notch added bonus in my opinion. But. It is that there is not much more to criticize in this installment.
The Resident Evil 4 remake perfectly represents WHAT A REMAKE SHOULD BE MADE. Is it the game you liked a few years ago? Is it better than then in every possible way? Resident Evil 4 Remake's action-survival-horror experience is unlike any other in video game history, and will keep you hooked for about 20 hours (here it already varies depending on what side things you and others are doing).
