Battle Royale games came into fashion three years ago & after the success of PUBG & Fortnite, we have seen the development of a lot of BR games including Apex Legends by EA, Warzone by Infinity Ward & many others.
Recently, we saw a demo of Unreal Engine 5 running on PS5 hardware, which displays a more realistic environment with the use of new Lumen & Nanite technology. Epic Games have already announced that Fortnite will be available on next-generation consoles running on Unreal Engine 5.
Also, in the coming time, we might see the launch of many new BR titles for the next-gen consoles. So, the Battle Royale game’s future is pretty bright for the coming two years or so.
