Mini IDLI with Indian traditional Sambhar

The combination of rice and urad daal and a perfect makes a protein diet in morning. Once in a week I loved to enjoy idli ,Dosa, wada .........
This is famous in South Indian and it's most popular and healthy food in breakfast or as snack time also with delicious coconut chutney with sambar.
In sambhar having all dal's in it and make a tadka to give a taste tasty.
