How to cook Fried Rice by @rossnenye

Hello Blurtians! good morning to you all. Hope you all are having a wonderful night rest? Welcome back to my blog. I want to share how we prepared our Sunday lunch with you guys. We made fried rice and Beef for Lunch. I will show you guys the procedure we used in preparing it.

Rice is a grain eaten and enjoyed by almost everyone all over the world. This grain is very unique because it can be prepared using different methods such as white eaten with tomato sauce or vegetable sauce. Jellof, fried or coconut rice. Each of these recipes has it's own unique taste.

Ingredients
Rice

Green beans

Carrot

Groundnut oil

Crayfish

Onions

Fresh pepper

Salt

Curry

Seasoning cube

Procedure
Wash and slice the carrot and set it aside.

Wash and slice the green beans and set it aside.

Wash and parboil the rice.

After parboiling the rice, wash it and put it in a sieve to drain water.

Wash and parboil the meat and set it aside.

After parboiling the meat, add curry powder, salt, seasoning cubes and to the meat.

Add water to the meat and allow it to simmer.

Add the parboiled rice to the pot, then add the blended crayfish and pepper to the pot.

Add sliced onions.

Add seasoning cubes and salt to taste.

When the rice is properly cooked, stir it and turn off the heat.

To another pot, add groundnut oil to it.

Heat it a little bit then add the sliced carrot and green beans.

Fry it until it's tender.

Add then to the rice and stir it together.

Your delicious fried rice is ready. It is best served when it's hot.

N.B Stir it while the heat is on in order to prevent it from spoiling easily.
