Material :
Kofta:
150 g ground beef
1/4 chopped onion, saute
1 clove garlic, chopped, sauteed
1 egg
1 1/2 slices of white bread
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper powder
Curry Sauce:
2 tbsp margarine
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tbsp Indian curry
3 tbsp plain yogurt
2 tomatoes, finely blended
65 ml thick instant coconut milk
300 ml water
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper powder
Mesh Bread:
125 g wheat flour
1 egg
250 ml water
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
Curry leaves to taste
How to Make Curry Kofta Roti Jala:
Put the meat in the chopper, add the sautéed onions and garlic, eggs, salt, pepper, and white bread.

Process until all is well mixed and smooth.
Shape the dough into meat balls. Set aside.
Prepare a frying pan, melt margarine.
Saute onion and garlic until fragrant.
Add the finely chopped tomatoes, curry spices and yogurt and mix well.
Add water, curry leaves and coconut milk. Stir well until boiling.
Add the meat balls. Cook on low heat for 15 minutes.
After the gravy shrinks and the meat is cooked. Turn off the fire.
Roti Jala: Mix flour, eggs, salt and turmeric powder.
Add water and stir until smooth.
Put it in a bottle with a pointed end.
heat a non-stick frying pan, pour the dough in a jar to form a round net and remove it.
Roll and fold. Serve with Kofta.
