French chicken tacos with cheddar sauce.

Hello Blurt community, my name is Cédric and I am passionate about cooking and gardening. I live in France and I have decided to share my passion with you through the various posts I will publish on the BLURT blockchain. I will share my favorite recipes, gardening tips and tricks for growing your own fruits and vegetables. I am excited to discuss and exchange with you on these exciting topics. For my first recipe, I propose to you the French chicken tacos.


Ingredients for 1 serving: Kit Tacos

  • Avocado: 1/2
  • Chicken (cutlet): 1
  • Corn (canned): 40 g
  • Cheddar (grated): 30 g
  • Sour cream: 1 tbsp

Step 1: Take the tacos out of their packaging. You should have the wraps and two packets of spices available. Chicken (fillet)

Step 2: Cut the chicken into strips. In a bowl, place the pieces and mix them with the large spice mix (1/4 packet per person) until they are fully covered.

Step 3: In a pan, add a drizzle of olive oil and then cook the chicken with the spices for about 5 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
Cheddar (grated)
Sour cream

Step 4: Meanwhile, prepare the sauce by adding cream, cheddar, and the small spice mix (1/4 packet per person) to a saucepan. Mix well until the cheese melts.

Avocado
Step 5: Drain the corn. Cut the avocado into slices.

Step 6: Heat the tortillas and then fill them: spread a layer of cheese sauce, add the chicken, corn, and avocado.

Step 7: Close the wrap and then cook it for two minutes on each side in a hot pan. Cut it in half if desired. It's ready. 🌮
