Masterchef también es un buen programa. Los participantes aprendieron mucho del jurado, y aunque solo hubo un campeón, fue importante resaltar el trabajo que cada uno tuvo que demostrar por experiencia y sobre todo la responsabilidad que puede dar en la cocina.

Helados de galletas con sabor a fresa.
Ingredientes
✅ 15 galletas de fresa
✅ 1 litro y ½ de leche entera
✅ 1 cucharada de esencia de vainilla ✅ ½ taza de azúcar
✅ 3 cucharadas de harina de trigo.

Poner un litro de leche en la olla y llevar a la estufa a baja temperatura
⚬ Cuando comience a calentarse, agrega la esencia de vainilla y el azúcar. Salimos de allí unos minutos.

⚬ Cuando la mezcla de leche comience a hervir, agrega la crema, tenemos que remover hasta que todo se junte. ⚬ Hacer una mezcla de harina con la leche restante. Si hay grumos, eliminarlos.
⚬ Vierta la mezcla de harina en la cocina. Revolvimos y apagamos la estufa.
• Enfriar a temperatura ambiente. ⚬ Los bizcochos son un toque final, utilizamos una bolsa para ir triturando hasta que queden espolvoreados.
⚬ Cuando la mezcla de leche fría esté lista, agrega las galletas. Y puedes llenar bolsas de chupi con este producto o con un vaso de 5 onzas.
