Chantico is a great mixologist and knows how to surprise with flavor combinations.

Today we're trying his 'Holy Fruit' sauce made of pomegranate, berry puree and extremely hot fermented peppers and it's pretty darn good.

Slightly sweet and goes great with roast pork.
