My Nanay's home-made food appetizer

Good day Blurtians! Today's blog is all about food that Nanay made today.It is named "Atchara" Her specialty or shall we say her masterpiece. It made me my favorite food appetizer.The main ingredient of this appetizer is papaya a not so ripe papaya getawag nig palabangaan sorry to tell you guys I really don't know how to call it in english 😁😆 hehehe.
Most of us here we certainly eat common appetizers like tomatoes that is dip in soy sauce and vinegar with hot chilli and spring onion labi nag imong sud an kay bulad nga pinirito wow lami gayud na kaayo.

However let's go back to our main topic today..the Atchara on how to make it..you must prepare all of this ingridient like ;
*grated papaya
*sliced carrots
*sliced ginger
*sliced onion
*sliced belle pepper
*vinegar
*vetsin (seasoning)

Combine white vinegar,white sugar/brown sugar,belle pepper mix them until it is boiled when the sugar content melted dayun haunon kini og pabugnawon.
Adtu napud tas mga inad ad nga mga lamas.Lapwaan kadali ang papaya,carrots,ginger and belle pepper.
Pagka human sa tanan e pour ang pinabugnaw nga vinegar,sugar sa mga lamas nga gilapwaan timplahan kini ug asin vetsin dayun kon sakto ra ang ka aslum ug ka tam-is sa atchara ..ready to serve na kini.Lami ni siya sa besan onsang klase nga sud an ang imong e paris ani nga side dish.
