Glow up and Fitness Journey

Hi everyone, this is my glow up journey over the course of 10 years. I was really a fat kid ever since and I wanna share this experience or journey so that everyone will be inspired to lose weight. I did a lot of exercise and diet in between those years but what worked for me is the calorie deficit method.

I also did HIIT workout( high-intensity interval training). Losing weight is case to case basis, depending on the body type or even our metabolism but maybe this post can help you.HIIT is a mix of short bursts of high-intensity cardiac activity followed by equal or longer intervals of rest. Consider sprinting for 30 seconds to a minute, followed by walking or slow jogging for a minute or two. Perform this cycle for 10 minutes to complete an HIIT exercise.
