Hello friends, it was evening time. Then I got a call from home. Ritu said that they are having something to eat today. I asked what do you want to eat. She said that you have to bring two vegetables. I can make roti. I said tell me which vegetable do you want. I go to a restaurant. There I ask the price of the vegetable. What is the price? She says it is 140 rupees and the other vegetable is for 90 rupees. So I order both the vegetables. I prepare the vegetables and send them to her. So I keep watching her preparing the vegetables. First she takes the vegetables and then adds salt and chilli along with ghee. This changes the taste of the vegetable. Because the restaurant owner keeps the vegetables boiled. That is only called raw vegetable. It takes 5 minutes to cook it. Other ingredients are also used in it for taste.
