My dear friends, all of you are welcome to the confectionery shop where I was in the evening and I had some work in the market, then I saw a confectionery shop and went there and asked At what price are you selling the building material? They say, Sir, we are selling ₹300 per kg building material. I said, Sir, please give me ₹100, then he starts cooking. First of all, he turns on his gas stove and lights the fire in it, then he puts ghee in his pan. After that he starts adding Imarti In which he puts Imarti without tolling and he has experience of this Imarti as well because he has been making this thing for many years. I like to eat Imarti but I eat it only once in a month or 2 months. It is not good for our health but you can enjoy its taste a little which can satisfy your craving for Imarti.
By the way, we also offer this Imarti to Lord Hanuman here, he offers Imarti or Jalebi on Tuesday. If for some reason it is not possible on Tuesday, then we do this work on Saturday as well. The method of making Imarti is very easy. You can make it at home as well. This marti is always made in the shape of a round flower in which sugar syrup is soaked and prepared in the same way as you use in jalebi, similarly the same thing is used in imarti as well. The texture of Imarti and Jalebi is slightly different but Jalebi has its own place and Imarti has its own place. Both are made of refined flour but urad dal and flour are also used in it.
