Magandang Araw sa Ating Lahat!!!

Isang panibagong ulam na naman ang aking ibahagi sa inyong lahat at ito ay ang akinh bersyon nang Pancit na merong halong karne nang Manok.

Dito sa amin nga ay ako ang naka assign sa pagluluto kaya kung anong meron na pweding maluto ay aking lulutuin. Ngayon nga ay merong nabili ang aking ina na Pancit at Karne nang Manok kaya ito ang aking ibahaging ulam sa blog na ito kasi madali lang din itong lutuin.

Ang mga sumusunod ay ang mga sangkap at simpling paraang nang pagluluto nang "Pancit na merong halong Karne nang Manok".



Ito ang mga kailangang Sangkap:

  1. Mantika at Toyo
  2. Sibuyas at Bawang
  3. Dalawang Tasang Tubig
  4. Hiniwang Karne nang Manok
  5. Hebe (Dried shrimp)
  6. Asin at Seasonings
  7. Mga gulay (Carrots, Cabbage at Bell Pepper)
  8. Pancit


Paraan nang pagluluto:

  1. Unang gawin ay e marinate sa toyo ang mga hiniwsnh karne nang manok nang mga nasa 2 minuto.
  2. Mag init nang kawali at maglagay nang kaunting Mantika.
  3. Kapag mainit na ang mantika ay, gisahin na ang Sibuyas at Bawang hanggang mag golden brown ito.
  4. Kapag nag golden brown na ang sibuyas at bawang, kasunod na ang minarinate na mga karne nang manok at haluin ito.
  5. Kapag nakita muna na nahalo na itong mabuti, maglagay nang dalawang tasang tubig at takpan ito, pakoluin nang tatlong minuto.
  6. Pagkatapos nang tatlong minuto ay tignan kung luto na ang karne nang manok at pweding magdagdag nang asin at seasonings para mas malasa kung kulang ito.
  7. Kapag sakto na ang lasa ay, ilagay ang na ang Pancit, haluing mabuti at takpan, hintayin na maluto.
  8. Buksan ito makalipas ang tatlong minuto at kung nakita mona na luto na ang Pancit, huling ilagay ang mgs gulay at lutuin lamang ito nang mga 1 minuto.


Makalipas lamang ang hindi tataas sa 10 minuto, natapos na rin ang aking pagluluto nang aking bersyon nang Pancit na merong halong karne nang Manok. Napaka dali lang itong lutuin at talaga namang masarap ito. Isa din ito sa pinaka paboritong ulam nang mga Filipino at marahil ay alam na alam nila ito.

Marami pong salamat sa pagbabasa at sana ay inyong naintindihan at na sundan kung paano ito lulutuin.

Hanggang dito na lamang po at mag ingat tayong lahat.

Another dish I will share with you all and this is my version of Pancit with mixed chicken meat.

Here with us, I am assigned to cook so I can cook whatever is available. Now my mother bought Pancit and Chicken Meat so this is the dish I will share on this blog because it is also easy to cook.

The following are the ingredients and simple ways to cook "Pancit with Chicken Meat".



These are the necessary Ingredients:

  1. Oil and Soy Sauce
  2. Onion and Garlic
  3. Two Cups of Water
  4. Sliced ​​Chicken Meat
  5. Hebe (Dried shrimp)
  6. Salt and Seasonings
  7. Vegetables (Carrots, Cabbage and Bell Pepper)
  8. Pancit


Cooking Method:

  1. The first thing to do is marinate the soaked chicken meat in about 2 minutes.
  2. Heat a frying pan and add a little oil.
  3. When the oil is hot, fry the Onion and Garlic until golden brown.
  4. When the onion and garlic turn golden brown, then add the marinated chicken and mix it well.
  5. When you first see that it has mixed well, add two cups of water and cover it, boil for three minutes.
  6. After three minutes, check if the chicken meat is cooked and you can add salt and seasonings to make it tastier if it is lacking.
  7. When the taste is right, add the Pancit, mix well and cover, wait for it to cook.
  8. Open it after three minutes and if you see that Pancit is cooked, finally put the vegetables and just cook them for about 1 minute.


Just less than 10 minutes later, I also finished cooking my version of Pancit with Mixed Chicken Chicken. It is very easy to cook and it is really delicious. It is also one of the most favorite dishes of the Filipinos and they probably know it very well.
