Inviting My Filipino Friends to Support BlurtFilipino's Cooking Challenge

I just noticed that BlurtFilipino has a Challenge on cooking the Filipino dish paksiw and there is only one entry so far. Paksiw is something distinctly Filipino and I am sure every household has their own way of cooking it. I got excited when I knew about this challenge, it's been going on for a week and will be running for a month.

I want to invite my Filipino friends to check out this challenge. BlurtFilipino needs to be a thing here in Blurt and we should be so proud of our culture, but mostly of our FOOD! If there is one thing I am so proud of being a Filipino, it is our delicious Filipino food made with love.
